Cancellation Policy

1. Sanitation and Hygiene: I will sani-wipe the headsets after use. Sanitation wipes and hand sanitizer are provided. 2. Privacy and Setup Assistance: I understand this is a private studio session. Staff will help me with setup, show me the stop record button, and then leave me to record privately. 3. Video Surveillance: I understand the studio is under 24-hour video surveillance. 4. Cancellation and Rescheduling: I understand there are no refunds. However, sessions may be rescheduled up to 1 hour prior to the start time. 5. Session Timing: Session times are based on the time booked and not the time of arrival or when recording starts. 6. Food, Drinks, and Cleanliness: Food and drinks are allowed, but I understand I must clean the studio after use. There is no smoking inside the suite. A $40 cleaning fee will be assessed on my next session if I leave a notable mess. 7. Equipment Usage: If I change the settings on the cameras or any other studio equipment, I will return them to the original settings as I found them. Failure to do so will result in a $40 fee assessed on my next session. 8. Studio Setup and Reset: If the studio set is rearranged for my recording, I will place everything back as it was before I leave. Failure to reset the studio will result in a $20 fee assessed on my next session. 9. Late Arrival: I understand that if I am more than 30 minutes late for my session, the staff may leave the studio ready to use, and I may need to call in for remote assistance to start recording. 10. Studio Reservation and Timing: I understand that I am paying to reserve the studio for the specific time I selected. Other clients may book before and after me. I will not arrive before my scheduled time and will not stay after without permission. 11. Overtime: If I stay beyond my scheduled time, I will receive an invoice for the additional time.
